Return Policy
If you should need to return an item, please follow the
guidelines as listed:
No returns are accepted after 30 days so
please examine all products once you receive them. If there is
a problem, please notify us immediately.
All returns must be in original, unused
condition. Chemical products must be unopened and unused.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Special order materials are not refundable.
Call us (800-322-1556) for a "RA"
number. Shipments without a "RA" number will not be
accepted.
Be sure the "RA" number is on at
least 2 sides of the shipping carton. Include a copy of the
invoice with any product being returned.
